Management met on April 9 at 7:00 p.m. We reviewed our March financial statements. Our giving improved again from February. Our budgeted income/expenses are now very close. We unanimously approved the March statements. Vic updated on the interviewing and selection process for the church office coordinator position. Christina Gottschling was chosen from over 30 applications. She will start April 15 and train with Mary through May. Our office hours will be M-F 8:00 to 4:00. Finally, Sue updated on the progress of the organ renovations.
Our next meeting is Tuesday May 14 at 7:00 p.m.

Property Division met on April 9, 2024 in the Education Building parlor. A list of open items was listed on the agenda to keep them in front of the Committee until they are resolved. Major items discussed were:

• The new sound and video system progress was discussed. Some concerns on the sound system were expressed and will be addressed. This installation should be completed in April.
• It was noted that the spring cleanup was a success thanks to the Boy Scouts and congregation volunteers. This approach saved the church approximately $2000.
• It was decided to move the gate presently located in the middle of the courtyard garden to the entrance of the sidewalk beside the Smucker House. This will improve the appearance of the Broadway side of the courtyard.
• Stripping, polishing and waxing of the Fellowship Hall floor will be investigated and quotes are being sought. The long term replacement (upgrade) of the floor will also be investigated.
