Annual Meeting Update
Due to the pandemic and the inability to gather as usual in a safe manner, Council has moved the date of the annual meeting to Sunday, February 28. We are still working on the details and you will be informed via One Call and mail as to how it will work. We are going to conduct it via Zoom and for those who don’t have access to Zoom, we will allow limited in-person seating (masks and all safety protocol expected). Due to the way we are providing this, pre-registration will be required because we need to have certain information from you in order to invite you to the Zoom meeting and to prepare for appropriate seating arrangements. For those who sign up for the Zoom meeting, a practice session will be held on Sunday, February 21. Many organizations’ meetings have been conducted in this manner during the pandemic and we believe we will be able to do the same. Moving the date allows us the time to prepare appropriately and work out any bugs. Be alert for more details in the days ahead.
